At Wood Violet Recovery, we believe recovery starts with compassionate people and strong leadership. As an affiliate of Sunshine Behavioral Health, we provide residential treatment for adults overcoming substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

We're looking for a Behavioral Health Operations Supervisor to help lead our Behavioral Health Technicians, support day-to-day operations, and help create a safe, structured, and supportive environment for both clients and staff.

Schedule: Consistent 4-Day Workweek

• Four 10-hour shifts each week
• Friday & Saturday: 1st Shift
• Sunday & Monday: 2nd Shift
• Three consecutive days off every week (Tuesday–Thursday)

What You'll Do

• Supervise, coach, and support Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Train staff on policies, documentation, client care, and operational procedures.
• Assist with client admissions, including orientations, searches, drug screens, and paperwork.
• Support staff in monitoring clients throughout detoxification and residential treatment.
• Respond to client crises and provide guidance during de-escalation.
• Ensure timely, accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and HIPAA.
• Assist with staff scheduling and maintaining shift coverage.
• Collaborate with Nursing, Clinical, Dietary, and other departments to ensure exceptional client care.
• Respond to emergencies and help maintain a safe therapeutic environment.

What We're Looking For

• Leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in behavioral health, residential treatment, healthcare, or human services.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead with accountability, professionalism, and compassion.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and recovery-focused care is preferred.
• Knowledge of AA, NA, and/or SMART Recovery is a plus.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and TB test
