The Impact You'll Make:

As a Machinist Helper, you’ll be stepping into the world of precision manufacturing. You’ll learn how to transform raw materials into high-quality, exact-fit components that power industrial equipment. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability and performance of products used worldwide.

What You'll Do:

 

  • Learn to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

  • Assist in setting up and operating manual under the guidance of experienced machinists.

  • Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure accuracy.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety standards.

  • Participate in on-the-job training sessions to develop skills in machining, tooling, and equipment maintenance.

  • Support production runs by preparing materials, loading machines, and monitoring operations.


What You'll Bring:
 

  • A strong interest in mechanical work, manufacturing, or engineering.

  • Basic math skills and the ability to work with measurements.

  • Willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions.

  • Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

  • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to safety.

  • Previous shop or vocational school training is a plus
