We are seeking Production Packers with some hands-on work experience who are ready to grow in a manufacturing environment.
Summary of Duties
- Pack and label finished products in a production setting
- Perform quality checks to ensure standards are met
- Prepare materials and support production flow
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Schedule (Required)
- 12-hour rotating schedule (2-2-3):
- Work 2 days - Off 2 days - Work 3 days
- Alternate the following week
- Rotate between day and night shifts every 4 weeks
Requirements
- 6+ months of work experience (manufacturing, warehouse, or similar preferred)
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Strong reliability and attendance
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to work rotating day/night schedule

Education:
High school diploma or GED required.
