Description

The Shift Supervisor at Barchemy LLC plays a critical role in overseeing daily production activities across all three primary zones: Batch Building & Milling (Compound Room), Depositing, and Packaging. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, employee safety, product quality, and adherence to production schedules while fostering a positive and accountable team culture.


Work Schedule

Full-time; rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by production demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage shift operations to achieve production goals for output, efficiency, and quality.
  • Lead shift huddles, assign roles, and verify staffing coverage.
  • Ensure GMPT, SOP, and safety compliance.
  • Trac downtime, support process improvements, and communicate with leadership.
  • Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, and R&D; for trials and issue resolution.




Requirements

Qualifications


  • 3+ years manufacturing experience, 1+ year leadership role (food manufacturing preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical leadership certifications a plus.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and production reporting tools.
