AEITS, Inc., a GTSC company, is growing its team! Seeking a Reverse Engineer Software Engineer, Level 2.
Location: Hanover, MD
All work is on-site. This is not a hybrid or remote position.
Mission: Mastery of Python, C, or C++ with experience in multi-platform (Windows/UNIX) architecture with advanced skill in managing automated CI/CD environments using Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, and Bamboo and delivering under tight resource constraints.
Clearance: Active Top Secret SCI with appropriate polygraph.
Certifications: None.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 14 years of experience in high-complexity software contracts and programs.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent professional experience may be considered).
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Python, C, or C++ with experience in multi-platform (Windows/UNIX) architecture.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading software teams and mentoring junior developers.
Technical & Strategic Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Translate complex mission requirements into scalable software designs and technical roadmaps.
- Advanced Data Engineering: Expertise in handling massive datasets and optimizing performance for high-stakes environments.
- Quality Assurance Oversight: Lead the creation of global test plans and oversee the execution of rigorous QA procedures.
- DevOps Proficiency: Advanced skill in managing automated CI/CD environments using Docker, Ansible, Jenkins, and Bamboo.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Elasticsearch.
- Front End development experience.
- Superior problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering under tight resource constraints.
