About the Role:

KINDHEARTED HEALTHCARE SERVICES INC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated CNA/CMT to join our growing team in Bowie, AL. Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance
Administer medications accurately and safely in accordance with CMT certification and facility protocols
Monitor and document patient vital signs, health changes, and daily activities
Assist nursing staff with clinical tasks and patient assessments
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and residents
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary care teams
Respond promptly to patient needs and call lights with empathy and professionalism

Requirements:

Active and valid CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification in Alabama
Current CMT (Certified Medication Technician) certification required
Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or home health setting preferred
Strong knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols
Excellent communication, observation, and documentation skills
Compassionate, patient-centered attitude with a strong work ethic
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
