Job DetailsJob Location: Doral Lincoln Mercury LLC - DORAL, FL 33172Position Summary The Maintenance Specialist is responsible for maintaining a cleanly facility by completing a variety of cleaning tasks.    Position Responsibilities Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc) Empty trash and recycling receptacles into the appropriate waste bins and ensure that receptacles are kept clean and free of smell Clean and disinfect restrooms and ensure that soap and paper dispensers are well-stocked Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Make adjustments and minor repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations QualificationsPosition Requirements and Qualifications  Capable of following instructions and learn new techniques Strong time management skills in order to ensure all work is completed by the end of shift Demonstrate an understanding of standard cleaning supplies and equipment Self-starter who takes the initiative to determine and complete necessary tasks, even with minimal supervision Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team Must be physically capable of performing 8 hours of physical work each day Able to lift up to 20 pounds for short periods of time Possess a strong attention to detail
