Maintenance Technician - Part-Time

Miami Cerebral Palsy Residential Services, Inc. is hiring immediately for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician.  

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of buildings, equipment, and and systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Must possess as a minimum a High School diploma.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in maintenance field.
• Working knowledge of HVAC system, plumbing, electrical and carpentry work.
• General knowledge in fire and life safety equipment.
• A/C certified or technical training is preferred.
• ust be able to read, write and speak English language.
• Be of good moral character.
• Must be knowledgeable of safe maintenance practices, procedures, safety regulations and guidelines.
• Must have a current valid driver's license and excellent and clear driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation, excellent and clear driving record.
