Position Responsibilities: Â
- The Special Events Coordinator will assist the Marketing Team and Sales Directors with the planning and execution of all company eventsÂ
- As a Special Events Coordinator, you will help with event site setup, equipment management, and event operation support, including securing merchandise for the eventÂ
- Provide on-site support and coordination to staff and vendors during events.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and venue managers to ensure smooth event execution.
- You will also facilitate communication between the event owner and relevant parties regarding payment, scheduling, special assistance, and other areasÂ
- Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds Â
- Other duties as assignedÂ
Required Education and Experience: Â
- 1 plus years of related experienceÂ
- Must be able to lift products up to 50 pounds on a regular basis Â
Preferred Education and Experience: Â
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Â
