INVENTORY CONTROL MATERIAL HANDLER

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm         Positions Supervised:        NA

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Material Handler reports to the Inventory Control Manager. The responsibilities include fix and repack broken cases, load and unload trailers with expired or damaged products and realizer physical counts when needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for fixing damaged cases in the graveyard as well as repacking of products when needed.
- Conduct daily inspections to products on the racks to detect broken cases that can be fix it in the location. Â
- Performed physical destruction of bonded expired/ damaged products under US Customs supervision.
- Responsible for the destruction of Tax Paid products in the Company as well as the draining of expired kegs
- Responsible for put away of products returned by Customers or cancelled from orders
- Responsible for cleaning and organizing assigned area to maintain organization of warehouse.
- Responsible for loading and offloading containers with damaged/expired productsÂ
- Assist with checking inventory to detect and fix discrepancies or other issues
- Responsible for assisting and conducting inventory to maintain accurate merchandise quantities in systemÂ
- Perform other related warehouse duties when necessary

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED. A minimum of one-year warehouse experience or a combination of experience and education in a related field.Â

Warehouse Climate – Exposure to heat and cold.  This job requires working exposed to sounds and noise levels that are distracting.
