Russell Landscape is seeking a skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our operations. In this key role, you’ll lead crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure every property we service meets our high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate field crews and daily routingÂ
- Ensure properties are prepared and ready for installationÂ
- Monitor daily production progress  Â
- Monitor Irrigation functionality on properties by following up with flower crews to determine the root cause of poor-quality flowers.Â
- Train your current crew members as well as new crew members Â
- Assist with schedule execution and adjustmentsÂ
- Support weather delay recovery effortsÂ
- Coordinate completion of punch list itemsÂ
- Address deficiencies immediatelyÂ
- Support customer satisfaction efforts  Â
- Lead Tailgate Safety Meetings
- Attend all required safety, skill, and leadership development trainings
- Professionally represent the company’s values, standards, and principles in all interactions
- Support the company culture and employee environment.Â
Material & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate plant pickups and deliveriesÂ
- Verify all material quantities upon deliveryÂ
- Ensure crews inventory plants against original ordersÂ
- Communicate shortages or substitutions immediatelyÂ
- Reduce material waste and installation delaysÂ
- Coordinate replacement materials as neededÂ

Documentation & Administrative Responsibilities
- Upload completion photosÂ
- Ensure accurate production reportingÂ
- Verify labor and material entries dailyÂ
- Communicate production updates to managementÂ
- Assist with tracking unresolved issues and callbacksÂ
- Maintain organized field communicationÂ

Customer & Branch Coordination
- Conduct onsite customer walkthroughs when neededÂ
- Assist with resolving property concernsÂ
- Coordinate with Account Managers and Branch ManagersÂ
- Support outer market teams as neededÂ
- Represent Russell Landscape professionally onsiteÂ
What You’ll Bring:
- 3+ years of landscaping production or seasonal color experienceÂ
- Experience managing field crewsÂ
- Ability to read layouts and planting plansÂ
- Strong communication and organizational skillsÂ
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environmentsÂ
- Experience with operational software systems preferredÂ
- Drivers License Required
