Qualifications

WRT Certification (required)
Restoration and demolition experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Clean driving record
Availability for 24/7 emergency response rotation

Key Responsibilities

Lead water, fire, and mold restoration projects
Assess property damage and execute mitigation plans
Perform demolition and restoration tasks
Operate drying and restoration equipment
Complete job documentation and reporting
Ensure customer satisfaction and team performance
