Qualifications

• CurrentRNlicensureasrequiredbystate regulations.
• BLScertificationwithACLScertificationtobeobtainedwithinoneyearofstarting position.
• CRRNcertificationtobeobtainedwithinayearofmeetingtheeligibility requirements.
• Bachelor’sDegreeinNursingorrelatedfield preferred.
• Twoyearsofrecentexperienceinaninpatienthospitalsetting(withinthelastfive years).
• Previousleadership role,suchaschargenurseorleadcapacity,whereyouwereresponsiblefor interim reporting, issue resolution, setting direction, and having accountability for patient and staff results.
