Staff Training
Staff Scheduling
Insurance Verification
Check In/Check Out
Schedule Appointments
Monitor flow for patient care
Staff Productivity
Staff Redirection
Patient Concerns

Qualifications

Customer service oriented
Great Communication Skills
High school education - or equivalent
Knowledge of medical terminology
