Hours: Part time, 8 to 29 hours a week.

The Server is a true MVP- Most Valuable Plate-Slinger, because great service is always on the menu! Primary responsibilities include dazzling customers, taking food and drink orders, answering questions, serving up grade-A recommendations that are too good to pass up, and delivering meals to tables faster than you can say “Bon Appétit!”.

What You’ll Do

• Set the table for a great experience by fostering a welcoming environment that’s sure to leave a lasting impression.
• Ensure the dining area remains tidy and organized by following cleaning schedules while adhering to sanitation procedures.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, make menu recommendations that’ll have guests coming back for seconds, encourage meal add-ons or specialty items to spice up sales. And of course, ensure order quality and accuracy.
• Cash out orders with precision, processing payments accurately when handling cash and credit transactions.
• Learn hot/cold times and temperatures for each food item.
• Dive into duties assigned by leadership, with a nose for detail and a stinkin’ awesome attitude.

What You’ll Need:

• Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
• Prior serving experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn new concepts and stay organized, maintaining a high level of attention to detail while multitasking (there are a lot of moving pieces and skunks headed in every direction!).
• You don’t need to be an Olympic athlete, but you do need to be able to balance on a step stool or step ladder, lift up to 50 lbs., and work from floor to eye level.
• Able to work in a cooler at an average temperature of 32 degrees (hey, at least it’s not Antarctica).
