Westside Shower & Bath is looking for experienced and dependable Bath Installers to join our growing team. We specialize in transforming bathrooms with high-quality bath and shower solutions that improve the comfort, style, and value of our customers' homes.

This is a great opportunity for skilled installers who take pride in their craftsmanship and want the ability to earn based on the quality and volume of work they complete.

What You'll Do

Install acrylic bath and shower systems
Complete bathroom remodeling projects from start to finish
Perform demolition, preparation, installation, and finishing work
Complete carpentry, trim work, and basic plumbing tasks as needed
Ensure installations meet company quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Communicate professionally with homeowners
Protect customer property throughout the installation process
Complete job documentation and installation photos

What We're Looking For

Experience in bathroom remodeling or bath/shower installation preferred
Strong knowledge of construction tools and installation techniques
Ability to read measurements and complete accurate installations
Experience with carpentry and trim work
Basic plumbing knowledge is a plus
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Ability to work independently and complete projects efficiently
