Knowledge of integrated healthcare and its applications to day-to-day clinic operation. Proficient and knowledgeable in all aspects of currently recognized dental care protocols and best practices. Ability to follow established universal precautions and report potential exposure to a communicable disease immediately. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively; plan own work schedule; effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced, and often hectic setting with frequent interruptions. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate program needs and services to individuals and groups. Ability to implement administrative/clinical standards and measurements of said standards. Proficient in use of office equipment, i.e., calculator, copy machine, telephone, and fax machine. Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Word and Excel. Must regard all work as confidential and demonstrate an accurate understanding of HIPAA requirements. Must have current driver’s license, ability to be commercially insured and maintain a driving record that allows insurability with Axis Health System commercial insurance agency.
