If you’re the type who notices the little stuff and loves a clean finish, this one’s for you.    As a Detailer at Winner Subaru/Volkswagen , you’ll be giving vehicles the full Winner Experience.   The Day to Day  You'll keep moving - not stuck at a desk - to keep every vehicle looking its best. You’ll clean, detail, and prep vehicles inside and out for delivery, display, and daily service needs . You’ll also help get trade-ins and wholesale vehicles photo-ready and auction-ready . From inspection prep to reclaims and lot support, you’ll help keep everything moving smoothly . You’ll handle the finishing touches like tag brackets, emblems, and presentation details that complete the job .   QualificationsWhat You'll Do Pay attention to the details and take pride in doing quality work Enjoy staying active and working with your hands Follow directions, work safely, and stay on top of deadlines. Show up with a positive attitude and be a team player. Detailing or car wash experience is a bonus , if not, we’ll train you!   The Details This active role is a great fit if you’d rather move than sit still. Stay hands-on with plenty of standing, walking, bending, and lifting. Work indoors ☀️ and outdoors ❄️ in all kinds of weather. Hours may include weekends, holidays , and longer shifts when needed.
