WINNER Automotive Group is established and growing—meaning consistent hours, consistent workflow, and a real lane to move up. ​​​​​​​ WHAT YOU'LL DO Diagnose fast & accurate—pinpoint the root cause and build a clear, repair plan Deliver maintenance and repairs to WINNING standards—clean work, every time  Tackle electrical, HVAC, brakes, steering/suspension, and general repairs Run your bay like a WINNER—prioritize, stay efficient, and keep jobs moving  Coordinate with Service Advisors and Parts like a pit crew—keep approvals tight and parts flow winning-fast  Document findings and recommendations clearly—pro-level notes, no surprises, no confusion  Perform quality checks so every vehicle leaves safe, correct, and WINNER-approved  THE RIGHT FIT  Hands-on knowledge of vehicle systems, plus the drive to keep learning Technical certifications and/or formal training (required) Strong diagnostics—customer concern to confirmed fix Clear communication with advisors/parts and clean documentation Quality-focused execution: read ROs fast, work accurately, don’t cut corners Time management and productivity—estimate work and keep jobs on track Comfort with scan tools, shop equipment, special tools, and approved procedures Ownership mindset—work independently and take responsibility for result
