HWY Express is hiring CDL-A truck drivers for a full-time regional position featuring no-touch freight, dependable weekly miles, and a practical balance between time on the road and time at home. Drivers spend more time driving and less time waiting with a freight network designed to keep trucks moving.

Driver Position Overview

• Earn $1,450–$1,850 per week with CPM-based pay
• Home every other weekend for a full 48-hour reset
• No-touch general commodity freight
• Operate 2021 or newer Freightliner or Kenworth tractors
• Primarily run east of I-35 with no NYC routes while occasional freight may operate in all 48 states

Reliable freight availability and an established operating area help maintain productive schedules throughout the year while giving drivers opportunities for consistent weekly miles.

Pay

Weekly pay is issued through direct deposit. Drivers can also participate in the referral bonus program for additional earning opportunities.

Qualified CDL-A truck drivers must have at least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience within the last 36 months. Regional or local experience qualifies.
