Scope of Work:Â
Under the direct guidance of their assigned supervisor and in accordance with established policies and procedures, the incumbent is responsible for providing assistance to a team of Commercial Relationship Managers. Primary responsibilities include maintaining integrity of designated commercial loan portfolios, performing loan maintenance activities and providing superior customer service.  Â

Essential Functions (3):Â

Administrative SupportÂ
-
Prepares commitment letters, file memos and customer correspondence as neededÂ
-
Assists in various research projects and reconciles documentation questions for servicingÂ
-
Responsible for input and maintenance of customer records in the Customer Relationship Management and Loan Origination systems Â
-
Loan Pipeline and Report ManagementÂ
-
Monitors and prepares various commercial lending reports Â
-
Assists in processing/closing of loansÂ
-
Reviews loan documentation for accuracy and facilitates clearing of deficienciesÂ
-
Customer support for designated loan portfolio(s)Â
-
Provides prompt and courteous service to all customersÂ
-
Answers inquiries, performs research and account maintenanceÂ

Acts as a customer liaison for Commercial Relationship Managers Â
