THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Strong maintenance, mechanical, and repair skills
  • Ability to identify and address safety concerns quickly
  • Safe use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and equipment
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Ability to follow safety procedures, OSHA practices, and company policies

At least 2 years of experience in facilities or building maintenance, janitorial operations, or related fields, familiarity with commercial or industrial facilities, and certifications or training in OSHA safety, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or equipment maintenance preferred.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM.


As our Facilities and Maintenance Specialist, you'll inspect systems and address safety or performance issues. You'll handle preventive maintenance and repairs, including lighting, plumbing, and equipment. Your role involves maintaining clean and organized spaces, coordinating with vendors for larger projects, tracking work, and managing supplies to uphold the high standards of White Birch Armory.
