What we are looking for: 
  • Appropriate education and experience requirements 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business management 
  • Comfortable with Google suite.
What you will be doing: 

  • Intake support (calls, documentation, onboarding clients)
  • Scheduling caregivers (backup + overflow)
  • Billing/invoicing support/QBO data entry/Posting payments
  • Payroll prep assistance
  • General admin (compliance docs, filing, follow-ups

  • Key requirement:
    Must be able to fully back up office manager within 3–6 months
