Our team supports a range of services, including firearms training, retail sales, and range operations. QUALIFICATIONS

Ideally, we'd prefer that our Membership Coordinator works a Tuesday through Sunday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm schedule, but there is some flexibility. You'll need:

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Ability to balance service, sales, and operational responsibilities
  • Professional and polished communication and rapport-building skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Comfort using technology and CRM (customer relationship management) systems
  • Heart for hospitality and customer service
  • Proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mentality

Experience in hospitality, customer service, or a related client-facing position would be a bonus!

DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR

You're at the heart of the member experience, delivering concierge-level support and service to new and current members alike! We're looking for a professional, communicative person who is comfortable helping others out with whatever they need. Your goal is to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure member satisfaction from day one.

You'll seamlessly onboard new members and guide them through our various plans, upgrades, and services, demonstrating the value of a membership with us. You'll answer members' questions, resolve any concerns, and take care of any issues impacting their experience. We want our members to stay with us for a long time, so you'll also create opportunities to get them more involved with the business and find new ways to increase retention. By keeping customer service and the members' well-being at the forefront, you'll make a positive difference every day!
