  • Build repeatable inspection routines for production and incoming inspection
  • Correlate Keyence and CMM data to ensure measurement alignment
  • Identify opportunities to replace contact measurement with faster optical methods

  • Maintain schedules, records, and traceability to NIST standards
  • Manage all gage inventory, condition, and procurement
  • Handle out-of-tolerance events and corrective actions

Measurement System Analysis & Quality Engineering

  • Run Gage R&R and MSA studies and present results clearly
  • Perform capability studies on critical features
  • Support Control Plans and Measurement Plans for NPI/APQP

  • Evaluate and implement new measurement technologies
  • Train technicians and operators on measurement tools and GD&T
  • Support supplier qualification and source inspection when needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years in metrology, inspection, or quality engineering in a precision environment

  • SPC and process capability experience
  • Aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing background
  • ASQ certifications (CQE, CCT, CMS/CMSC)
