WHAT IS YOUR TYPICAL DAY AS OUR OPERATIONS MANAGER

In this full-time role, you'll lead daily operations across multiple departments, ensuring accountability and exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include collaborating on budgets and strategic goals, partnering with Sales & Marketing and Finance teams, streamlining workflows, coaching managers, and developing long-term operational strategies. You'll oversee customer-facing operations, maintain safety standards, seek efficiency improvements, and communicate key initiatives to staff, fostering a welcoming environment throughout the facility.

THE TYPE OF OPERATIONS MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management, business administration, or related field (MBA preferred) OR a combination of education and relevant experience
• 5+ years of diversified operational leadership experience
• Experience developing and improving operational processes and systems
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience managing multiple departments and operational functions

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, process improvement, and organizational strategy is preferred.
