THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 21+ years old
• Strong customer service, communication, and active listening skills
• Working knowledge of firearms, firearm safety, and related merchandise
• Ability to remain calm, alert, and safety focused in dynamic environments
• Ability to operate or quickly learn point of sale and operational systems
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Previous retail, customer service, firearms-related, range safety, or firearm handling experience is preferred; however, on-the-job training is provided for the right candidate.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A RANGE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE

This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule designed to support both our retail and range operations.

As our Range Customer Service Associate, you'll be one of the first faces customers see, greeting them for check-ins and helping with merchandise and firearm purchases. You'll process sales transactions, firearm transfers, and 4473 forms while keeping the facility organized and welcoming. Additionally, you'll assist customers on the range, monitor activities, promote safe firearm handling as a Range Safety Officer, and address any safety concerns as needed.
