ABOUT THIS RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE - RANGE SAFETY OFFICER JOB

In this role, you will work full-time or part-time with a focus on evening and weekend shifts within our operating hours of 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with opportunities for overtime. Each shift is a mix of customer interaction, sales, and safety. You will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through product selections while confidently answering questions and processing transactions. You will also support range operations by monitoring firearm handling and ensuring a safe, controlled environment for all guests.

As a Retail Sales Associate - Range Safety Officer, you will greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them through product options. You'll demonstrate products, answer questions, process sales and returns, and handle firearm transfer documentation. On the range, you'll ensure safety by observing firearm handling and assisting customers. Every shift blends customer service, teamwork, and responsibility in a setting that keeps you engaged.

• 21+ years of age
• Legally allowed to possess or purchase a firearm
• Excellent sales and customer service skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other computer systems

Although not required, possessing extensive knowledge of the merchandise sold is a plus!
