At Auto Care Plus, our Service Advisors are the face of the shop—building trust, creating long-term customer relationships, and making sure every guest feels taken care of from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the primary point of contact for customers and deliver an exceptional service experience
• Build trust through clear communication, empathy, and follow-through
• Manage appointments, explain recommended services, and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Focus on customer retention by creating positive, repeatable experiences
• Work closely with technicians and management to ensure a smooth, stress-free visit for every customer

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in hospitality, restaurant, hotel, retail, or customer-facing roles
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• A natural ability to build relationships and keep customers coming back
• Comfort juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, positive attitude with a team-first mindset
   (Automotive experience is helpful, but not required — we train the right people)
