Are you the kind of person who loves keeping systems organized, secure, and running smoothly behind the scenes? As a Technical Platform Admin at Litehouse, you'll play a key role in supporting the tools and platforms that power our business every day.

From user access and software licensing to platform updates and process improvements, you'll help create efficient, reliable systems while partnering across departments to drive consistency and success.


What You Will Do

  • Administer Infor M3 and related platforms, managing users, security roles, permissions, and system enhancements

  • Maintain Litehouse's Microsoft SharePoint environment, including permissions, structure, storage, and periodic security reviews

  • Manage user access across enterprise applications, including onboarding, offboarding, and regular access audits

  • Oversee software license procurement, renewals, compliance, and usage tracking in partnership with IT and business leaders

  • Coordinate system releases, updates, and patching while supporting testing and production readiness

  • Assist users with system needs, issue triage, and third-party vendor support coordination

  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to align best practices, workflows, and application standards

  • Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and stronger platform efficiency

  • Support training resources, documentation, and onboarding materials for enterprise tools


What You Bring

  • Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field required. Bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • 2-4 years of experience in platform, systems, or application administration in an enterprise environment

  • Experience managing user access, permissions, onboarding/offboarding, and enterprise application support

  • Understanding of software licensing, renewals, and compliance processes

  • Familiarity with Infor M3, SharePoint, or similar enterprise platforms preferred

  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to support technical and non-technical teams
