JOB DESCRIPTION 聽 POSITION: Inventory Compliance Coordinator LEVEL OF AUTHORITY: Associate THIS POSITION REPORTS TO: Special Projects Manager JOB TITLES REPORTING TO THIS POSITION: None 聽 ROLE: To ensure proper execution of all processes necessary to guarantee inventory accuracy. 聽 RESPONSIBILITIES: 路 Verify accuracy of all product received to Finished Goods inventory. 路 Ensure all cycle counts are completed in a timely manner. 路 Audit/reconcile all cycle counts and post appropriate transactions in Mapics 路 Investigate issues affecting inventory accuracy and assist in implementing effective resolutions. 路 Monitor for inventory anomalies such as negative balances and excessive transaction quantities and resolve all ensuing issues. 路 Maintain all data systems as necessary to ensure accuracy of inventory locations and balances. 路 Assist in identification and disposition of obsolete and discontinued product. 路 Effectively manage all mass inventory pulls. 路 Other tasks as deemed appropriate by Special Projects Manager. 聽 QUALIFICATIONS: Education: 路 A minimum of a High School education. Experience: 路 Three years in a similar role, preferred. Skills: 路 Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office, required. 路 Knowledge of Mapics application suite, required. 路 Thorough understanding of the corporate impact of inventory accuracy. 聽
