About the Opportunity
We are looking for customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as Customer Experience Specialists. In this role, you will help clients navigate the vacation-planning process by identifying suitable options, organizing requested services, and making sure important details are communicated clearly.
This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy assisting people, researching information, staying organized, and managing details independently. Prior travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational support are provided.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Learn about each client's preferred destinations, dates, interests, priorities, and budget to help identify options that fit their needs.
- Explore available resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages through approved resources.
- Assist with coordinating selected services and keep reservation confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and other information organized.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients by answering questions, providing updates, following up on pending items, and assisting with routine requests or changes.
- Check reservation information for accuracy, maintain current client records, and continue developing destination and supplier knowledge.
