Position Overview:
The Kyle Lott Agency is looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you’ll play an important part in helping customers feel supported, informed, and confident about their insurance coverage.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and coverage inquiries
  • Provide excellent day-to-day customer support
  • Process policy updates and documentation accurately

  • Support the agency team with administrative and service-related tasks
  • Follow up to ensure customer needs are resolved promptly
Qualifications:
