Essential Functions: 

  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Greet visitors and provide professional front-desk support
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain office calendars
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
  • Coordinate office supplies, vendor communications, and maintenance requests
  • Provide administrative support to management, including special projects
  • Take meeting minutes and distribute follow-up communications
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment
