Responsibilities
What You Will Do
Support Operational Processes
- Own the check-in/check-out process, including collecting copays verifying insurance
- Ensure accurate scheduling using our EMR, insurance verification, and authorizations before visits
- Maintain an organized front office area
Collaborate and Communicate
- Support and execute administrative workflows in collaboration with Front Office Manager
- Collaborate with our clinicians and support team to ensure exceptional patient care
Provide a Positive Patient Experience
- Welcome patients with warmth and professionalism - whether in person or by phone
- Maintain a welcoming, patient-centered atmosphere
- Ensure all interactions reflect empathy, professionalism, and care
- Promptly escalate patient issues to Front Office Manager
Qualifications
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Prior experience working in a medical office, therapy clinic, required
- Knowledge of scheduling, insurance verification, and payment collection processes, strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to change
Pay Range
