The Manager, Talent Acquisition Operations plays a critical role in shaping and optimizing the talent acquisition strategy. This position drives operational excellence, ensures data integrity, and partners with leadership to deliver scalable, efficient hiring processes that support organizational growth.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to consolidate data sources, ensuring accurate, real-time reporting that informs strategic decisions
- Leverage analytics and industry insights to inform recruiting strategies and improve time-to-fill metrics
- Champion process improvements that enhance candidate experience and recruiter efficiency
- Serve as a change agent for new TA technologies and processes
- Work with TA team and HRIS to determine enhancements and efficiencies with the system to ensure we are leveraging the system to the fullest and driving down administrative workÂ
- Partner with TA leadership to determine adjustments that need to be made and situations where we may flex the processÂ
- Review and define processes with Finance around TA resources and expenses associated with those resources to ensure TA is remaining in budget for the fiscal year. Â Â
- Develop and maintain the TA processes and training/onboarding for recruiters. Â This can include all aspects of hiring within the organization, executive to front line hiring. Â
- Develop and maintain documentation around recruiting resourcesÂ
- Support the campus recruitment efforts by partnering with the Manager for Campus Recruiting to develop processes and other documentation needed for campus recruitment
- Partner with all of TA to ensure we are collecting industry data that is beneficial for the team to know and leverage as needed when recruiting for roles
- Support the development and implementation of new resources being rolled out in TA
Requirements:Â
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or other business areas
- Minimum of five years of HR experience, with one year leading a team of recruiters
- Demonstrated experience leading HR/TA initiatives
- Knowledge and/or experience in the TA space
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.Â
- Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives.Â
- Familiarity with compliance and diversity hiring practices.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills, specifically experience with PowerPoint, ATS, and Texting Technologies
The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $97,2100 - $135,000/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance.  We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
