Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define position requirements, develop job descriptions, and recommend effective recruiting strategies.

  • Promote RWE Design Build’s employer brand and help position the company as an employer of choice.

  • Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the offer process, including discussions concerning compensation, benefits, and employment terms.

  • Track and analyze recruiting activity, pipeline health, time-to-fill, hiring results, and other key performance indicators.

  • Prepare clear daily, monthly, and annual recruiting reports that keep leadership informed of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring activity.

  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with applicable employment laws, equal employment opportunity requirements, and data privacy regulations.

  • Support employee retention initiatives and participate in onboarding, employee reviews, and talent-development activities.

  • Stay informed about talent-acquisition trends, recruiting technology, and industry best practices.

  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruiting processes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, staffing, or a related field, preferably in the commercial construction industry.

  • Experience managing multiple candidates and open positions throughout the recruiting lifecycle.
