Position Responsibilities:  

  • The Business Manager is a resource to the Plant Director and Supply Chain Finance team by managing key financial operations of the company including invoicing and accounts payable, managing the preparations and issues of invoices and purchase orders, overhead cost allocation analysis, and managing payroll process in Kronos 
  • As a Business Manager, you will compile and prepare accurate month-end accounting reports including general ledger accounts and balance sheets and supporting schedules as needed 
  • You will have oversight of certain internal control to ensure appropriate application of policies and procedures as well as managing, training, and coaching the administrative teams 
  • You will ensure champion process improvement activities including monitoring, communicating, and supporting consistent execution of standard business processes 
  • Other duties as assigned 

Required Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED) and 7 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience 

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Master’s Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
