Ohana Behavioral Group Inc. is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our clinical team. RBTs provide direct Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents under the supervision of a qualified clinical supervisor.

Position Responsibilities

As an RBT, you will:
路聽 聽 聽 聽Provide direct 1:1 ABA services in accordance with each client鈥檚 individualized treatment plan.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as designed by the supervising clinician.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Accurately collect and record behavioral and skill-acquisition data during sessions.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Implement prompting, reinforcement, antecedent strategies, natural environment teaching, discrete trial teaching, and other ABA-based interventions as clinically indicated.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Support clients in developing communication, social, play, adaptive, self-help, and other developmentally appropriate skills.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), safety protocols, and clinical recommendations.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Participate in ongoing supervision and clinical training with supervising BCBAs and other qualified clinical supervisors.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Communicate professionally and collaboratively with supervisors, caregivers, and other members of the treatment team.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Complete session documentation and required clinical records accurately and within established timelines.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA, ethical standards, company policies, and applicable BACB requirements.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Maintain professional boundaries and provide services in a respectful, culturally responsive, and client-centered manner.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Immediately communicate clinical concerns, significant changes, safety concerns, or barriers to treatment to the appropriate supervisor.
Qualifications
Required:
路聽 聽 聽 聽Current and active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
路聽 聽 聽 聽High school diploma or equivalent.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Ability to maintain RBT certification and meet ongoing BACB supervision and competency requirements.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Ability to follow written treatment protocols and clinical direction.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Strong communication, professionalism, reliability, and organizational skills.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Ability to accurately collect data and complete clinical documentation.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, supervisors, and other team members.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned client locations, when applicable.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Ability to successfully complete all required background checks and employment requirements.
Preferred:
路聽 聽 聽 聽Previous experience providing ABA services to children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Experience providing services in home, school, clinic, and/or community-based settings.
路聽 聽 聽 聽Coursework or education in psychology, child development, education, behavior analysis, social work, or a related field.
