Registered Nurse

The Pre-Operative Readiness High-Risk Surgical (including procedural) RN plays a vital role in delivering comprehensive nursing care and care coordination for high-risk surgical patients within the Pre-Operative Readiness Center. This position ensures patients are thoroughly assessed, prepared, and optimized for surgery, collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes Pre-Operative Readiness LVNs and pre-surgical NPs. The RN acts as a clinical resource and advocate, promoting patient safety, enhancing the patient experience, and supporting seamless navigation through the pre-operative process to achieve optimal surgical outcomes.
