XDS is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join us on this ground-floor opportunity to establish XDS in the North American market. You'll be a key member of our operations team, responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of inventory and shipments within our warehouse facility. You’ll work closely with our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, ensuring all operational procedures are followed to meet distribution deadlines.
We have a full time position available.
What You’ll Do
Receive incoming shipments
Move material and inventory throughout the facility
Meticulously inspect and organize stock
Pick and prepare orders for outbound shipping
Perform duties that may include packing, scanning, kitting or counting products
Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner
Operate tools such as ladders, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and conveyors
Performing regular inventory counts
Report any discrepancies to management.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
You’re a Great Fit With:
A year or more of experience in a warehouse environment
Basic math skills for simple calculations, with and without a calculator
Experience reading and interpreting documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural documents
The ability to lift objects of various shapes, sizes, and weights up to 70 lbs
The ability to stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods of time
The ability to bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull
Experience handling or managing tools and equipment
Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments
You’re a Spectacular Fit With:
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including possible overtime when needed
Experience using a handheld scanner
