Position Overview
The Security Guard is responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and staff, monitoring entry points, enforcing house rules, and responding to incidents calmly and professionally. This role requires strong communication skills, situational awareness, and the ability to de‑escalate conflicts. Security will be checking ids for safe accurate access to hotel through out the night.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests at the entrance and verify IDs for hotel clearanceÂ
- Monitor guest behavior inside hotelÂ
- De‑escalate conflicts using verbal communication and professionalismÂ
- confirm visitors via log sheet and make sure no plus one guest try to enter without proper verification proceduresÂ
- Document incidents accurately and report them to managementÂ
- Ensure emergency exits and walkways remain clearÂ
- All guest must have there own key fobs to enter hotel ( we dont give access)

Qualifications
- Prior security in Hotel experience preferredÂ
- Valid Guard Card
- Full duty belt with certifications is a Plus will be considered
- Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skillsÂ
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical situations if necessaryÂ
- Professional appearance and demeanorÂ
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidaysÂ

- Part‑time available
- Evening and late‑night shifts Â
- Opportunities for additional hours during events or busy seasons
Projected Schedule
Friday and SaturdayÂ
11pm to 6am Â
Rate : $20/hr
