What you will Earn
Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. We recognize the value of experience and are committed to offering competitive pay for the right candidate.
What You'll Do
- Dismantle tractors and agricultural equipment while preserving part quality.
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet company standards.
- Assist customers in locating parts and equipment throughout the yard.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow environmental and safety procedures for handling salvage equipment.
- Perform routine checks on yard equipment and assist with general shop and yard operations.
What We're Looking For
- Basic mechanical knowledge, preferably with agricultural equipment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and eager to learn.
- Forklift or heavy equipment experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
