Penn E&R is seeking a full-time Civil Engineer (Mid-level). While you will be based out of our Doylestown, PA office, we offer hybrid flexibility.  You will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of tasks across all of Penn E&R’s market sectors and be expected to perform both office-based and field-based assignments. 
 
Qualifications include: 

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or related field 

  • Engineer In Training license 

  • Professional license is preferred 

  • 5 to 10 years of civil engineering experience 

  • Work experience in the following is required: 

  • Hydrology and hydraulics 

  • Erosion and sediment controls 

  • Stormwater management controls 

  • Land Development 

  • Grading Design 

  • AutoCAD Civil 3D 

 
Applicable work experience for this role includes: 

  • Provide technical guidance for the preparation of site plans, erosion and sediment control plans, post-construction stormwater management plans, and land development/subdivision plans 

  • Hydrology and hydraulic and drainage calculations 

  • Erosion and sediment control design 

  • Grading Design 

  • Post-Construction Stormwater Management SCM design 

  • AutoCAD/Civil 3D and standard drafting techniques and applications with experience in the preparation of the following: 

  • Creating 3-D surfaces 

  • Grading plans 

  • Profiles/cross-sections 

  • Pipe networks and corridors 

  • Working with other Project Managers to coordinate with clients and prepare proposals 

  • Opportunities to develop project management and business development skills with a team of other professionals.
