Inside Sales Representative

What You Will Do
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients nationwide across various time zones
- Follow a structured outreach approach while keeping conversations natural and engaging
- Ask thoughtful questions and guide discussions with confidence
- Identify qualified opportunities and set appointments and/or generate requests for quotes
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Represent the company with professionalism and polish in every interaction

- Professional, polished, and courteous in all communications
- Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance
- Coachable and able to quickly learn messaging, scripts, and objection handling
- Comfortable speaking with business professionals and decision-makers
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on generating opportunities
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle conversations professionally
- Effective active listening and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CRM systems and accurate data entry
- Ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred
- Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or construction-related industries is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Location
- Doylestown, PA 18902
- In-person office setting
Compensation
- $18–$22 per hour, depending on experience
- Monthly performance-based bonus / commission plan
Additional Requirements
- Ability to reliably commute to the office
- Willingness to work fully onsite
