About the Role:
Rich's Landscaping Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated Landscaper/Hardscaper to join our growing team in Pipersville, PA! This is a hands-on outdoor role where you'll help transform properties into beautiful, lasting spaces that clients love. If you take pride in your craft and enjoy working with your hands, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and pavers
- Perform landscaping tasks such as planting, mulching, grading, and lawn maintenance
- Operate landscaping equipment and power tools safely and efficiently
- Prepare and grade job sites for hardscape and landscape installations
- Follow project plans and work alongside crew members to meet deadlines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
- Communicate professionally with clients and supervisors on-site
Requirements:
- Prior experience in landscaping, hardscaping, or a related outdoor trade preferred
- Familiarity with paver installation, retaining walls, and/or natural stone work is a plus
- Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as skid steers, plate compactors, and hand tools
- Physical ability to perform demanding outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to follow directions and work independently when needed
