What You Bring
- MD or DO with active Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility).
- Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist
- Must have DEA and Liability Insurance Certificate
- Experience in both adult and child psychiatry
- Enthusiasm for program development and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation

Your Role
As a PRN Overnight Psychiatrist, you will provide psychiatric assessment, treatment, and consultation services during overnight shifts, ensuring continuity of care and timely clinical intervention.
Â
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and assessments for adults and adolescents presenting in crisis.
- Provide diagnostic clarification, medication management, and treatment recommendations.
- Support disposition planning and level-of-care determinations.
- Collaborate with nursing, clinical, and crisis intervention staff to develop patient-centered treatment plans.
- Respond to urgent psychiatric concerns and provide clinical guidance for overnight care decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, documentation, and quality standards.
- Serve as a psychiatric resource for overnight staff and assist with clinical consultation as needed.
