As a Shop Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to mechanical repairs and maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires heavy lifting and strong mechanical knowledge. Topping off other fluids, including brake, power steering and windshield wiper fluid Inspecting the engine block and underbody for leaks and potential issues Checking tire pressure and filling tires with air as needed to manufacturer specifications. Lubricating moving parts as necessary, including those in the engine and wheel bearings and ensuring the engine is kept clean throughout servicing. Troubleshoot light and heavy-duty trucks Making sure our DOT trucks are in compliance. Perform other duties as required. To be considered, candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. Job Requirements Three (3) years of mechanical experience with light, medium, and heavy-duty/class A experience. Possession of strong diagnostic skills A valid Driver’s License DOT experience Applicants must possess their own setup tools necessary to perform the job duties effectively.
