Location: Draper, UT Campus

Do you enjoy helping students succeed and want to make a difference in the future of healthcare? At Joyce University, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Placement Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the bridge between students, faculty, and healthcare partners—helping ensure our nursing students gain the real-world clinical experiences they need to thrive.

Why You’ll Love This Role

As a Clinical Placement Coordinator, you’ll make a direct impact on student success. You’ll:

Coordinate clinical and preceptor placements that prepare students for their nursing careers
Guide students through compliance requirements so they’re ready for rotations
Build strong relationships with healthcare partners and support faculty collaboration
Assist with registration, scheduling, orientations, and student support
Use university systems and tools to keep processes smooth and organized
Be part of a supportive team dedicated to putting students first

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

A bachelor’s degree preferred
2–3 years of experience in an academic or healthcare setting preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service mindset
Comfortable with Microsoft 365 and cloud-based communication tools
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, student-focused environment
