You will: Champion high-quality clinical care for our residents Ensure our nursing services remain compliant with all state regulations Partner closely with the Administrator and Care Leadership team Conduct assessments for both current and prospective residents Stay ahead of changing conditions and proactively respond to residents’ evolving needs Create and oversee individualized care plans Support and guide care staff with clinical leadership and training Communicate clearly and compassionately with families Respond quickly and efficiently to resident and family concerns Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory standards Most importantly — you’ll ensure that every clinical interaction is guided by kindness. Who You Are You’re not just licensed — you’re passionate.
